Abby Gabby

Abby was found wandering around North Bend, NE. A law enforcement agent picked her up and took her to the Dodge County (NE) Animal Shelter. We were fortunate to become her adopted family. Our first item of business was to give her a middle name. She quickly became Abby Gabby. Gabby was selected because Abby’s mom had a first grade teacher whose dog’s name was Gabby.

With a big personality, and a licker license, Abby quickly learned at her new house that Lady was in charge. Abby loved car rides, chasing bunnies which Lady taught her, her many lamb chop toys, looking out the window to see who pulled into the driveway and why is that dog on my sidewalk??

We will cherish her memory and all the hugs and kisses, naps, chicken strips, and the ‘looks’ that she gave when you weren’t doing what she thought you should be doing. Her and grandpa could carry on a conversation from time to time which was so entertaining.

We want to thank the staff at Lone Tree Animal Care Center for everything that you did for Little Miss and Kayla at Bark Haven Dog Salon & Spa for always making Ab’s look beautiful and smell wonderful. And lastly, Josh at Fur-Ever Friends Pet Crematory. Abby had the best team during her life and we are forever grateful.

RIP Little Miss, Abbers, Wiggle Butt. As grandma would say to you each night… good night Abby. I love you.
