Ryder "Babydog" Stuck passed away April 26th in her parents arms after losing her battle with cancer.
She is proceeded in death by her brother Charlie, sisters Stella and Kitty as well as uncles Emmit andElway and aunt Kirby.
Babydog showed up in a hoody pocket in St. Joe as a surprise. In her younger years she moved around alot but always remain a loyal companion.
She tried to work as an emotional support pup but her own anxiety and lack of respect for authority made her seek other endeavors. She would use her size to hide in a coat and sneak right pass the "No dogs allowed" sign during her travels. This is how she got to see Mt. Rushmore.
Once she settled in Missouri Valley she took a position a s head exterminator of the yard and chicken coop. She was very enthusiastic about killing anything with fur, and would regularly rid the yard of rabbits and the chicken coop of rats. She even chased a 100+ lb stray dog off the property. This was impressive considering she only weighed 8lbs.
In her older years she created the job of couch gargoyle and house fun police. She took this position very seriously and even lost part of her ear when she was enforcing her rules.
Her favorite hobbies when not working were playing fetch, ripping any squeakers out of toys, eating rotisserie chicken, rolling in the foulest smelling poop she could find and cuddling with her loved ones wrapped in a blanket on the couch.
Babydog made a huge impact on her humans lives and will be greatly missed.
